The Dodge Sprinter is one of the most unique vans that has ever been created. It looks like some European car on steroids. Over the past two months I have been seeing these huge vans all over Highway 101 in Northern California. Most of these vans sport corporate logos such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, others are ambulences or delivery trucks for smaller companies.

After some investigation I found out that the “Dodge Sprinter” was in fact a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The only place in the world where the Sprinter dons a Dodge badge is North America. As fascinating as the “Dodge Sprinter” is I would much rather see that Mercedes Hood ornament than a Dodge badge.

“Dodge Sprinter was manufactured in Germany, broken down and shipped
to a facility in Gaffney, South Carolina where it was reassembled.”

Talk about rework, how inefficient can Dodge possibly be? Why in the hell would you have these cars assembled in Germany, taken apart to be shipped to the United States just to be reassembled? Thank god some genius at Dodge figured out that it would be cheaper to build these damn vans in Lasdon, South Carolina.

There are numerous options that come on this unique van. The 2009 Dodge Sprinter starts at $36,190, but don’t be fooled, that will only get you the chassis. The lest expensive van will cost you $39,405 and range upwards of $70,000 not including the custom RV’s Ambulances, or the custom cargo vans like DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Long story short…keep your eyes peeled, notice the damn size of these vans next time you see one.

Comcast is right up there with Tom Brady as far as I’m concerned. I’ve been with them for years now and have had nothing but trouble. Their customer support sucks and they are the epitome of an oppressive monopoly. I just spent over 30 mins trying to create an online billing account. I think I had to make 3 different passwords/pins/secret questions… I had tried before, but at that point could only ‘request that a pin be sent to my billing address.’

Thanks a lot, great display of technology from a multi billion dollar corporation. And they try to be so hip and tech savvy, you seen those comcast town commercials? You would think thet’d have something a little more advanced.

So what do I see after tracking down their email confirmation and finally getting to my account? (i’m getting useless emails as we speak) I happened to catch them between billing cycles or something, and the only thing there is Franchise Fee – $0.23. Screw you comcast! Pay your own goddamn franchise taxes, or government levys, or any other evil intentions you have in mind for my money. Or at least don’t tell me about it. I pay for Internet TV, and phone. Thats it!!

Up until now i had thought that Hogzilla was the ultimate “wild boar bullshit story” but Monster Pig tops them all. On May 3, 2007 Jamison Stone’s name would forever be remembered for shooting a 1,051 pound “wild boar” later found out to be Fred, a farm-raised pig sold to Lost Creek Plantation only 4 days earlier.

“his favorite treat was canned sweet potatoes”

This pig was shot in a fenced in 150 acre section of the 2,500 acre game reserve. Jamison Stone shot this pig with a Smith and Wesson 500 handgun. The image that you can see above has been very controversial. Many say the above image compared to the 11 year-old boy would make that pig 15 feet long weighing well over 1,500 pounds. The images perspective was clearly altered either making the pig seem unproportionality larger than the boy or making the boy appear to be smaller compared to the pig. That could have been done using simple image editing software like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

I hope Jamison knows that his name will be remembered like José Canseco’s is for baseball, not for being the best but for cheating the system.

I hate Tom Brady. I’ve hated him his entire career but have only recently been able to focus my anger. He is good. I will admit that. But until just 2 seasons ago he had played on defensive teams that only won on last second kicks and blown calls, not to mention scandels.

I finally felt some relief after he blew the superbowl, and then that injury, it was too great to handle. Now after an entire season being gone I just know he is done. He won’t be good. No more superbowls. Goodbye Tom! Oh yeah you’ll get into the hall of fame with three rings, but no one can ever say you’re the best because Montana never lost a superbowl.

Nothing says karma like 2 torn ligaments.

I’m looking forward to watching him struggle and suck it up this coming year, hopefully he’ll even get injured again. Either way, I’m sure the Patriots will regret trading Matt Cassel. Then Tom Brady will drop out of the league quicker than Mike Vanderjagt. Write this down, I’m predicting it now!
